Stay Unseen can only work on the sites you install it for. Here is exactly what it asks for and why.

Local first, by design

Your free shields run entirely in browser memory. There is no account, no sign-in, and no cloud telemetry — the dashboard’s Live Telemetry is local activity data stored in your browser.

The extension never asks you to submit social passwords, and it does not request a general tabs permission or access to websites outside the supported list.
